It started with two recruiters and one shared observation.
Apex Hire began when two recruiters kept seeing the same avoidable gap: good employers needed people, good candidates were available, but busy teams did not always have the time to keep every application, interview and follow-up moving.
They built Apex Hire to be the steady hiring desk beside those teams - practical, responsive and close to the work. The goal was never to take hiring decisions away from employers. It was to make sure the right people actually reached those decisions.
In construction and maintenance, hiring often lands on the desk of the owner, foreman or office manager. They know the work and they know what a good employee looks like - but their day is already full.
Applications wait. Candidates do not hear back. Interviews are scheduled inconsistently. Details such as transportation, wage expectations, tickets, shifts and start dates are discovered too late.
Our hiring desk brings structure to those gaps. We manage the repeatable coordination around hiring, while the employer keeps control of the role, the workplace and the final decision.
Practical before polished
We focus on whether a candidate understands the work and can meet its real requirements.
Clear communication
Candidates and managers should know the next step, the timeline and what is expected.
Employer control
We support the hiring process; we do not take over employment decisions.
Consistent follow-through
The value of a hiring process is lost when applications, interviews or offers sit unattended.
